The Paris Orly Airport has two air passenger terminals, allowing it to handle 30 million passengers annually. The airport occupies a space of 1,540 hectares in13 kilometers from Paris by going to the south. Orly Airport initially began as Army aviation camp. Indeed, on 1 January 1918, the Army had built in Orly over a space of 11 hectares, a hangar then known as Orly Villeneuve.
Since the 1990s, Paris-Orly has progressively oriented to the transport of passengers, to the metropolis and the French overseas territories, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
